Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.

After dispatch, estimated transit time is generally 7–15 business days.

The standard shipping fee is US$2.99 per order.

Orders with a discounted merchandise subtotal over US$29.97 qualify for free standard shipping.

An order totaling exactly US$29.97 does not meet the “over US$29.97” requirement.

The qualifying subtotal is calculated after applicable discounts and before taxes, duties, or other non-product charges.

For eligible shipments to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia, applicable customs duties, import taxes, and VAT associated with the shipment are covered by Heyuseful in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, public holidays, transportation interruptions, inaccurate delivery information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

SECTION 9 - RETURNS, REFUNDS AND ORDER ISSUES

Eligible products may be returned under our 30-day voluntary return policy.

A customer must submit an eligible voluntary return request within 30 days after delivery.

The 30-day period applies to submitting the return request; it does not mean that an approved returned package must arrive at the return facility within the same 30-day period.

All returns require prior authorization.

Do not send products to the company address listed in these Terms unless our customer-support team specifically instructs you to do so.

For voluntary returns based on change of mind, personal preference, ordering the wrong product, or choosing an incompatible cycling accessory where compatibility information was accurately disclosed, the customer is responsible for applicable return-shipping costs.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 7 days after delivery, and provide your order number, a description of the problem, and appropriate photographs or video.

Where a physical return is required because of a verified damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise non-conforming product attributable to Heyuseful, Heyuseful will cover reasonable return-shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for voluntary returns.

Heyuseful products should be installed, adjusted, maintained, and used according to their intended purpose and any applicable product instructions.

Before riding, customers should verify that bike-mounted products are properly installed and securely fastened.

Installed accessories should not interfere with:

Steering;
Braking;
Wheels;
Drivetrain components;
Cables;
Rider movement; or
Safe operation of the bicycle.

Customers should verify applicable product dimensions and compatibility before installation.

A product that appears damaged, excessively worn, loose, incorrectly installed, or otherwise unsafe should not be used.

Where installation or adjustment requires knowledge beyond the customer's experience, assistance from a qualified bicycle technician should be considered.

Nothing in this section excludes product-safety obligations, statutory warranties, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
