QUESTIONS? WE'VE GOT YOU.
Everything to know before their first hunt.
Is LuckySong® suitable for every dog?
Choose the game according to your dog's size, chewing habits and ability. Begin with an open, easy setup. Always supervise play, and do not use it with dogs who tear or swallow fabric or toy pieces.
What treats can I put inside?
Use small pieces of dry kibble or dry treats that fit into the individual arm pockets. Kibble is not included. Count treats toward your dog's normal daily food allowance.
How do I make it more challenging?
Begin with the arms flat and rewards easy to find. Once your dog understands the game, move the treats, add folds, or loosely tie opposite arms. Keep the activity achievable and enjoyable.
Can I wash LuckySong® in the machine?
Yes. Remove the food, untie the arms and use mild detergent, a laundry bag and a gentle wash cycle. Air-dry fully before the next supervised play session. Do not tumble dry.
What comes with my order?
Your selected LuckySong® pack includes the corresponding number of toys, plus access to three digital play guides: the First-Play Cheat Sheet, 7-Day Sniff-Game Plan and Easy-to-Clever Setup Cards.
How much is shipping, and when will it arrive?
Shipping costs and delivery estimates depend on your destination and are shown at checkout. Please review our Shipping Policy for current details.
What if my dog damages the toy?
Stop using a damaged toy immediately. If your order arrived damaged or defective, contact service@whiskstead.com with your order number and clear photos. For other requests, used or improperly handled items may not qualify for return. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.
